Jesse Levesque consulted with The Port of South Whidbey, and the Whidbey Island Fairgrounds & Events Center, from 2018 through 2020, to continue to reimagine and rehabilitate public spaces, through the production and marketing of new events and experiences, designed specifically for these unique and historic sites on Whidbey Island, currently owned by The Port.  The Secret Kitchen Series featured evenings in The Pole Barn Building at The Fairgrounds, and included unique menus by emerging and established culinary artists (with foods not available in the current restaurants of South Whidbey Island), original music from regional musicians, and artworks on and around each table for discussion, and for sale.
